Connor is a Campus Minister at Miami University and the University of Northwestern Ohio. He also serves as Youth and Worship Pastor at Creekside Christian Church in Columbus where he lives with his wife and daughter. Some interests of his include playing video games, watching the NFL, and cooking good food.
Rachel joined InterVarsity staff in 2025, closing a 29-year season of waiting on the Lord’s timing to enter the mission field. Her calling took shape at Mark Camp, where she fell in love with inductive Bible study and witnessed the wonder for God and His Word that Observation, Interpretation, and Application (OIA) awakened in students and herself. Rachel now serves at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, PA. She and her husband, Shannon, have been married more than twenty years and are grateful parents to Lillian (13) and Graham (11). Rachel enjoys hiking, reading, board games, people, and most sports.
Tammy graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in psychology and human resource management. Tammy loves helping others develop skills for personal and professional growth. She is the Regional Ministry Director for Rivers & Rails, where she has trained and developed student and staff leaders of diverse backgrounds. Tammy lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband and two sons. Outside of work, she enjoys time with friends and experimenting in the kitchen.

Mike has served on staff with InterVarsity since 2013. Mike has had the privilege of walking alongside college students and staff in Michigan, Bogotá, Colombia, and currently, across Europe. Mike, Sarah, and their four children are currently based out of Spain.
