Are you feeling distracted? Disconnected? Having a hard time knowing where God is working and/or knowing what He is up to?
Are you struggling to know how best to respond in this season of pandemic, of loss, of election tension, of racial injustice & white supremacy, of isolation & loneliness?

That tension is a longing for revival. We are longing to be revived by our Creator who knows our every need, both individually and as His beloved Church.

So, we need to start at the basics: what is revival? What does it look like? How do we long for and pursue revival in word, in deed, and in power? How can we make choices and act in line with God as we long for revival? How can we be people of hope and healing in this season of waiting and heaviness?

James Choung

Vice president, Strategy and Innovation

Rev. Dr. James Choung serves as Vice President of Strategy & Innovation — overseeing evangelism, discipleship, planting, growth, missions, multiethnic initiatives, and the Creative Labs — at InterVarsity Christian Fellowship USA. He is also ordained with the Vineyard USA, and has written both True Story: A Christianity Worth Believing In, its follow-up, Real Life: A Christianity Worth Living Out, and Longing For Revival.

Serene Neddenriep serves as InterVarsity’s Assistant Director of Chapter Planting and leads the National Council of Revival Leadership for InterVarsity. Serene was recently ordained as a Foursquare minister and serves on her church's preaching team. She co-wrote Start Something New and the Holy Spirit on Campus handbook, and co-created the Ambition conference's Greenhouse.
